missingWrote a review on Jan 09fantastic locationfriendly staffeasily accessible attractionsprivacy issuescheck-in problems
The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore various attractions around the city. Our stay was enjoyable, although the bathroom could use some better privacy options, as the shower was visible from the room. The staff overall were friendly, but we did encounter some issues during check-in. I'd say the experience was decent, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

the staff were super friendly and helped me with early check in. loved my spacious room with a nice view on the 19th floor. breakfast was good and relaxed. The seating area for reading was chill. the bed was comfy and the vibe was really welcoming. big thanks to the manager at front desk for making me feel at home!
the only downside was having to pay for bottled water in the room, and i wish there was better access to the fitness center as some equipment seemed out of order.

missingWrote a review on Nov 25rooftop barmodern designstunning cityscapeslacking privacy
The rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the skyline, making it a perfect spot for evening drinks. The rooms have a modern design with large windows that showcase stunning cityscapes, creating a refreshing environment after a long day.
The first floor was closed, creating an unkempt impression from the start, and the lack of on-site parking presents a real hassle. Hearing the neighboring rooms using their facilities can disrupt the peace, particularly if you're unlucky with noisy neighbors. The gym lacked cleanliness, as it wasn’t maintained, and did not provide any disinfecting wipes, making it feel less like a refreshing workout space. Additionally, the bathroom privacy leaves much to be desired, as the door wouldn’t stay closed properly.

missingWrote a review on Nov 22massive showerexcellent meals
Our room was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was honestly a pleasant surprise. the shower was massive with twin rain shower heads, I felt like a king! Plus, the restaurant in the hotel, River North Bistro, was excellent with some of the best meals I’ve had. The staff there were always ready to help and make things right.
It wasn’t the cheapest option. but you get what you pay for, right?

Room comfortable with a nice view on the 19th floor. Shower design lacks privacy and can be awkward. Enjoyed the bike rental option for exploring the area.

The corner room on the 18th floor had the best view in Chicago ever! Full height windows wrapped around two sides of the room, making it a breathtaking sight. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was cozy and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities.
The industrial chic design may not be everyone's taste.

The modern decor of the hotel was inviting and chic, while the welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The general areas were spacious, allowing easy maneuverability for seniors like myself.
More comfortable seating options in common areas would help.

Great views and central location
I had a wonderful stay with stunning views from my room that wrapped around two sides, making it feel spacious and bright. The location was unbeatable, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. While the noise from the street was noticeable, the overall vibe of the hotel was pleasant, and the staff was mostly welcoming. I would love to see better soundproofing solutions added for a more peaceful night's sleep.

The stunning views and the friendly staff truly enhanced our visit, but the outdated room features and minor maintenance issues left something to be desired. Dining options were not impressive either, but the overall vibe was enjoyable, and it’s a fantastic spot for exploring the city.
